Forever Home

Phoenix is a one year old male Am Staff. Phoenix and another pup were confiscated and brought to the shelter. He is a young dog with a lot of energy and has liked everyone he has met. He has been vet checked and neutered and given his rabies and canine vaccinations.

Manatee:
Manatee is a black and white domestic short hair who is one year old. Manatee just raised a beautiful litter of kittens and is now ready to find a home for herself too! She has been spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated.

Atlas:
Atlas is a handsome four year old black Labrador mix who is looking for a home to call his own. He is a friendly boy who would love to go for a hike and then curl up with you at the end of the day. Atlas is a happy dog with a winning smile and a positive outlook on life. Atlas has been neutered, microchipped and vaccinated.
Smokey:

Opal came to Animal Allies from another shelter and is looking for her forever home. She is a friendly and relatively quiet beagle, loving and playful. Opal has been spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated.

  Cooper is a male Poodle mix guessed to be about 10 yrs old. Cooper came in as a stray and was never claimed. He is housebroken, likes dogs and cats and friendly to all he has met. He really is an affectionate little guy who deserves a family of his own. He has been neutered, vet checked and given his canine and rabies vaccinations.

Sammy:

Sammy is a Spaniel mix, male, D.O.B. 9/7/04. Sammys' owner moved away and decided not to take Sammy.  How could anyone leave such a  kind, gentle , loving boy. He just wants a home again. Do you have room for a good boy who only wants some affection, food, and an occasional stroll with you? Come meet Sammy; you will fall in love!

Kids, camps and critters: that's what summer is all about at Animal Allies Summer Camps.  Pat Castellano is Animal Allies' Humane Educator, and she says they've added a couple of new camps this year.

Albee

Chewy's story ...
This spunky Labrador/Border Collie mix dog came to Animal Allies as a transfer from another rescue and he is looking for a new home! Chewy is a happy dog with a big smile. He can be timid in new situations but once you spend some time letting him get to know you, he's a real sweetheart. Chewy has been neutered, microchipped and vaccinated.

Animal Allies' Humane Educator Pat Castellano joins us to talk about keeping cats indoors.  It's not only safer and better for them ... it's safer and better for the birds.

A state inspector in Norman County removed 53 beagles from a property; Faye Peters of Contented Critters Animal Sanctuary in Makinen was one of the shelters that took them in to place them in their forever homes.
