Last month a new exhibit opened in a new and unlikely venue, the windows of the Esmond Building at 2001 W. Superior Street, the old Seaway Hotel.

Minnesota native Nissa Ellen Wick joins Radio Gallery to talk about her new set of paintings inspired by nature and the cityscapes of Duluth. Her first public art show opens with a reception on June 4 from 5-7 pm at the Red Mug Coffee House and Gallery.

This Duluth musician (by way of Eau Claire, Wisconsin) recently released her second album, Lustrous. Listen to our session with her from December 19, 2014 when she stopped by our studios.

Open now at the Duluth Art Institute is a retrospective of a prolific Duluth Artist, Earl Austin. The opening reception happens Thurs. Sept. 11 plus there is a sale Sept 20, likely your last chance to own your very own Earl Austin Painting.
