The National Health Insurance program in Finland includes instruction in Finnish, Swedish and English

Minnesota Senator John Marty says when you explain universal health care to people, they're in favor of it.

He says twice as many Republican lawmakers support universal health care as opposed to the Affordable Care Act. 

So why are Americans stuck with a health care system where we pay twice as much (for worse outcomes) as the other countries who adopted it years ago?
