Minnesota native Nissa Ellen Wick joins Radio Gallery to talk about her new set of paintings inspired by nature and the cityscapes of Duluth. Her first public art show opens with a reception on June 4 from 5-7 pm at the Red Mug Coffee House and Gallery.
Open now at the Duluth Art Institute is a retrospective of a prolific Duluth Artist, Earl Austin. The opening reception happens Thurs. Sept. 11 plus there is a sale Sept 20, likely your last chance to own your very own Earl Austin Painting.
This week on Radio Gallery we are excited to welcome internationally celebrated watercolorist Cheng-Khee Chee. The exhibition brings together 40 watercolors created over the past 40 years, which depict Chee's experiences and influences from both Eastern and Western culture. The exhibition will run from May 12-September 20 in the Tweed Museum of Art at the University of Minnesota Duluth with an opening reception on May 14 from 6-8 pm.
